Ben is a dedicated osteopath, having graduated with First Class Honours in a Master of Osteopathy from Swansea University. With a strong background in sports and a family rooted in healthcare, Ben found his passion in osteopathy, seamlessly blending his interests in anatomy, injury prevention, and patient care. He specialises in hands-on assessment, treatment, and exercise rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions such as neck and lower back pain, rotator cuff related shoulder pain, tendinopathies, and knee injuries to name a few.

Ben’s experience extends beyond the clinic; during his studies, he established a successful mobile soft tissue therapy business, working with a wide range of patients, including high-level athletes like Ospreys rugby players, MMA fighters, and ultra-marathon runners. Committed to helping his patients achieve their best, Ben’s approach is patient-centred, using the latest research to ensure optimal recovery and performance outcomes.
