Sports massage is most beneficial to those who play sport or maintain some level of physical activity.  This style of treatment compliments Osteopathy by increasing range of motion, reducing stiffness and soreness of the muscles after exercise and improving overall performance. For relaxation or those deep set postural aches and pains, deep tissue and Swedish massage may be more appropriate.

Soft tissue therapy is now available with our team in Hungerford and Newbury benefiting individuals who are looking to recover or protect themselves from soft tissue injury. Appointments can be booked alongside Osteopathy as a double session.
