CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take note of our Cancellation Policy

This document refers to the cancellation and rescheduling of appointments booked with

Laura Fishlock Osteopathy.

Late cancellations and no shows interrupt the running of the clinic, and as a result we've made

the decision to enforce a Cancellation Policy from August 1st 2021. We have reached this

outcome as our objective is to provide the best experience for all our patients.

We are happy to move or cancel appointments however a late notice charge will be introduced.

Appointments with Laura Fishlock Osteopathy require a minimum of 24 hours notice from

appointment time to cancel without charge.

Failure to attend without notice or cancellation within1 hour of appointment will incur 100% fee.

All other appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 50%.

Late arrival may result in shortened appointment times or cancellation of your appointment, which

will result in Cancellation Policy fee terms.
