Perin is a systematic kinesiologist, PSYCH-K facilitator and a HeartSpeak
practitioner. She has been fascinated with the human body as long as she can remember.
"It’s an incredible machine; it works perfectly and incredibly cleverly under the right conditions."
Her discovery of kinesiology was due to her own ill health. Kinesiology is a type of holistic non-invasive therapy uses muscle testing to figure out the imbalance within the body. This s also known as reading "body’s biofeedback" via measuring the reaction of the central nervous system when gentle pressure applied to a muscle.
Kinesiologists look for changes in muscle response when relevant stressor is introduced. Imbalances are corrected through lymphatic drainage, nutritional supplements, dietary changes, electrical corrections, and emotional/trauma work. Kinesiology, therefore, facilitates the body’s own healing via balancing
its systems and providing homeostasis so, the body can take care of itself.
In 1960’s American osteopath George Goodheart founded kinesiology. He discovered each muscle was related to an organ. In Traditional Chinese Medicine organs are related to meridians/energy pathways. Symptoms are body’s way of telling us that something is out of balance. Kinesiology is a great approach for balancing the body in a non-intrusive and drug free way so, the symptoms can be relieved and root cause can be found.
We live in a fast-paced world with lots of stressors in our day-to-day living including bad quality foods, contaminated water and air, lack of exercise, work, family, kids etc. But every-body can still achieve a great state of health and well-being even in today’s modern world.
