Alex graduated from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2001 and worked as a practical and clinic tutor whilst practicing in the Newbury area, she now uses her experience to help patients using manipulation and massage technique a whole body treatment to assess and treat problems such as low back pain, neck and shoulder problems , joint and muscle issues using low force manipulation and soft tissue techniques, massage, myofascial release mobilisation and passive stretching to realign the structure , relieve pain and stiffness, increase mobility and movement and improve joint function .
